Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of HostPilot, available in particular at hostpilotapp.io.
Creating an account or using the service means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.

Service description
HostPilot provides property management, Airbnb and Booking.com connectivity through Channex’s Channel API, complementary iCal synchronisation and export, centralised bookings and blocks, analysis tools and subscriptions managed through Stripe.
HostPilot is a management aid and does not replace a host’s obligations to guests or third-party platforms.
User account
You must provide accurate information and remain responsible for your credentials and account activity.
An account may be suspended or terminated for abusive, fraudulent or non-compliant use.
Subscription, trial and renewal
Prices and plans are displayed at checkout. A trial may be offered for the applicable plan, with a card required through Stripe.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew each period. Stripe processes payments and HostPilot does not store full card numbers.
Cancellation and service access
You can cancel through the Stripe portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise.
In case of non-payment, trial expiry or cancellation, paid access may be restricted.
Channel connections, iCal calendars and third-party data
By connecting an Airbnb or Booking.com channel through Channex, or an iCal URL, you authorise HostPilot to process the data required to provide the service. You remain responsible for complying with third-party platform terms.
Artificial intelligence
AI content is provided for guidance and must be reviewed before any external decision or communication. HostPilot does not guarantee an economic outcome.
Availability and liability
Maintenance and supplier interruptions may occur. To the extent permitted by law, HostPilot is not liable for lost revenue, channel or iCal errors, or decisions based on AI suggestions.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The update date appears at the top of the page.
